Our Company
ROTO Propellant Company for the past decade, has been a passionate player in the Aviation Fuel Management sector and an avid advocate for the Research of Alternate Green Fuels. We were formed as an amalgamation of other award winning organisations who are leading Fuel management and research of Alternate fuel companies. We comprise of and draw inspiration from like-minded technical masters driven by common values of Philanthropy. ROTO Propellant Company has been a loyal, dependable and influential supplier for the fuel needs in India for the past decade and will continue to do so.
Why do we care?
Since ROTO’s inception we have been aware of the rampant usage of Fossil fuels. While the fuel supply chain still holds Gasoline and Diesel as the kings, alternative fuels are now swinging the scale more towards greener means. Our decade long experience in the Fuel supply management as well as the Transportation sector is a strong reason for our advocacy for greener, cleaner fuel alternatives. The impact fossil fuels have on our life source – Earth is tremendous and has increased many folds in the past few decades. The right time to react and control the impacts fossil fuel consumption has always been – Now. Special acknowledgement to the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) who have continued to support our research and development of new age green fuels.
Our Founder
An Electronic and Communications Engineer by education, Mr. Jai Prashanth Kumar holds more than 7 years experience in fuel supply and management, over 12 years experience in researching about alternate, affordable and environment friendly fuels. His passion for alternate fuels and his futuristic thought process is what placed him in the aviation fuel supply and management field. Driven by philanthropic virtues Mr. Jai Prashanth aims to spend his organisation’s funding on research of – Alternate fuels and Carbon emission reduction techniques.

Our vision is to build a sustainable present and thriving future for transport and fuel systems around the world. As a company, we are on a mission to accomplish the following.
1. To increase, diversify and contribute to different fuel management systems.
2. To engage with natural resources and their by-products in an effective, consistently sustainable way.
3. To constantly be updated with the practical as well as theoretical advancements in the field of fuel generation, supply and management.
4. To encourage as well as incubate ideas worthy of flourishing and saving our future.
Our Work
Fuel Supply & Management
We are the only notable fuel suppliers who bare the international fuel price fluctuations with our own strategies and share the benefits with our clients. Our involvement in finding ways to increase the effectiveness of fuel delivery helped us in advocating and gaining fuel storage spaces. Thanks to IOCL( Indian Oil Corporation Limited) who also helped us in this process.
We are also a proud, authorized IOCL Dealer in the following airports,
1. Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore
2. Cochin Airport
3. Trivandrum Airport
4. Local retail outlets in Kerala
ROTO Propellant Company quickly transitioned and even took over Sri Latha Enterprises which was our parent company. Apart from general fuel supplies we were keen on meeting aviation fuel needs in Karnataka and Kerala from 2015. On a total we supply fuel to 30 International Airlines, 10 National Airlines, and 10 Independent Companies.
ROTO Propellant Company has also been involved in general fuel supplies such as petroleum and diesel to the transport needs in Karnataka and Kerala. These ventures have also played a role in increasing our interest in alternate fuels and carbon emission impacts.
Apart from fuel supply and management, we have right from the beginning been interested in alternate fuels and ways to reduce carbon emissions in the aviation industry and transportation sector in general.
Research & Development
Our passion for alternate and sustainable fuel sources has guided our work throughout the past 10 years and will continue to do so in the future. Our decade long experience in the transportation sector has helped us gain insights about the future of fuels. This in turn helps us advocate for alternate and greener fuel usages. We aim to address the myths, misconceptions, misperceptions and disputes about the efficacy of greener fuel ideas as well as ideas that promote reduced carbon emission. The following are few such alternative fuel sources which we have been conducting research on.
